Deploy
The Deploy page lets you move selected Text Library groups from one environment to the next.
All new or updated content always starts in Development, and you choose which groups to promote forward.
Flow Between Environments
Content is deployed in this fixed order:
You cannot skip steps. Each deployment must follow the sequence.
What Moves During Deployment
When deploying a group, the following are included:
- The group itself
- All text elements inside the group
- Any related styles and table styles
Draft elements are never deployed.
Page Overview
The Deploy page shows each environment with:
- Total number of groups
- Total number of text elements
- Information about available updates
A Refresh button updates this overview.
How to Deploy Changes
- Go to Text Library → Deploy
- In the Development card, click the deploy button
- Select one or more groups
- Click Deploy to move them to Test
- Repeat the same process to move the groups to:
- Pre-Production
- Production
Only the groups you select will be deployed.
Notes
- Draft elements are excluded
- No rollback is available — corrections must be made in Development and deployed again
- The order of environments cannot be changed
