Support
The Support application enables you to report errors or forward support questions to a ticket system. The person reporting the problem or support request, will receive an automatic message as soon as the ticket has changed status. The full overview can be seen from an overview window in the application.
As a User you can make error registration and access the Overview if the administrator has given you access. The Support feature depends on the type of subscription your organization have.

Error or Support registration
Both Error and Support registration follow the same process. By clicking on the menus you will get a form to fill in. Once you have submitted an error or a request, you will get an e-mail confirming the registration. The email includes a Ticket number which is visible in the Overview.

When filling in the description it is important to give as much information as possible so that the support personnel that are looking into the case can reproduce it. A step by step instruction for how to reproduce is a good way of documenting an error.
Overview
Overview keeps track of all support and bug reports submitted by the company. Status is automatically picked up from the ticket system. As the user who reported the problem, you will also receive e-mails every time the status changes.

The numbers in parentheses are the ticket and reference numbers. You can filter the list by changing the filter parameters on top of the list.
