Security
You can control who can access a Smartform by setting up Security groups. Go to the Centerpoint Admin application and make sure you have defined security groups. When defined, you can allocate individuals to various groups. You can now connect the security groups to a Smartform to allow only a certain number of people to access the Smartform.

The above picture from the CenterPoint Admin/Team application is showing how you can add groups to your subscription. By pressing the three dots menu behind each Group in the list you can allocate members to the group.

Each Smartform can define Security Groups for who should be able to issue a smartform or not.
