Page Tab
The Page tab lets you configure key properties and settings for your Smartform. These options help define the form’s identity, security, retention, and language.
| Field | Description |

| Smartform name | The title of your Smartform. Used for identification and display. |
| Smartform ID | Unique identifier for your Smartform. You can copy this value for reference. |
| Type | Option to add “Editor loader” tag to connect Smartform to Pages |
| Archive Smartforms | Select an archive folder for storing completed forms. |
| Digital Signature required | Enable if a digital signature is needed for this form. |
| Authentication template | Select a template. Displayed only if authentication is needed. |
| Retention Policy | Set how long the Smartform data should be retained. |
| Language used | Specify the language for the Smartform interface and content. |
