Action
Actions in Smartforms allow you to trigger specific behaviors, such as publishing, activating, or Create forms.
To perform an action, use the Actions button in the left-hand section of the Studio interface.
Action Buttons Overview

| General | Publish | Save and publish your Smartform, making it available for use. |
| General | Deactivate | Deactivate the current Smartform version. |
| General | Send Form | Send the Smartform to recipients. |
| General | Create Form | Create a new Smartform instance. |
| General | Preview Draft | Preview the current draft of your Smartform. |
| File | Preview PDF | View how the generated PDF will look based on your Smartform. |
| File | Export | Download your current Smartform as a file for backup or sharing. |
| View | Split Screen | Switch to split screen mode, showing both the HTML editor and either Data or PDF view. |
| View | Mobile View | Preview how your Smartform will look and behave on mobile devices. |
| View | Toggle Grid | Show or hide the grid overlay in the form designer to help align and position elements. |
